Subscription refunds
If you are not satisfied with OSCE Insight, you may request a refund within 14 days of your initial subscription purchase, provided you have not extensively used the platform during that period.
How to request a refund
Email support@osceinsight.com with your account email and the reason for your request. We will review and respond within five working days.
Renewals
Subscription renewals are generally non-refundable. You can cancel at any time to prevent future charges; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Exceptions
We may consider refunds outside the standard policy in cases of technical issues that prevented meaningful use of the platform, at our discretion.
